Kite surfing and music at the Sand Bar at Hula Grill

Yesterday, the wind really came up and the kite surfers came out. The idea of kite surfing is to belt a parasail from your waist with handlebars to guide the sail, hop into the boots on what looks like a snowboard, and let the wind take you. If conditions are right. The surfers can catch 15 to 20 feet of air.

I threw in a picture of our interior open air courtyard. The picture doesn't do it justice, since you can't hear the birds and waterfalls.

Lastly, a not so good picture at the wonderful Sand Bar at the Hula Grill. That's Roy on the left, and our friend, Ernest, on the right. He's been pretty sick the whole time we've been here (flu, throat, and chest gunk,) so it was nice to see that he was able to make it out for this lunchtime gig.
